Briarwood College's Accounting Program will give you the credentials you need to begin a career in accounting. You will learn accounting principles including how to prepare, analyze, and verify financial data necessary for making sound business decisions.

In addition to specific accounting program courses, a comprehensive general education curriculum also provides you with knowledge of the U.S. economic system, principles of management, marketing and business law as well as strong communication and critical thinking skills.

You will be prepared for entry-level employment as a bookkeeper, an accounts receivable or payable clerk, and other positions in accounting departments in business, nonprofit or government organizations.
